Key Player in Business Development

The role of Business Operations Specialist is a key position in driving strategic initiatives and enhancements. As a specialist, you will play a pivotal part in understanding business processes, documenting rules and enhancements, and ensuring that requirements are comprehensive and meet business needs.
You will work closely with the business to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will need to evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for leading discussions, preparing and reviewing documentation, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be critical to the success of this role.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can think critically and strategically. If you have a strong background in Business IT or Computer Science and are eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in life insurance operations and knowledge in both operation and system areas
- Integral Life (Life 400/Asia AS400) background
- Experience in UAT
- Able to make decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to be hands-on
