Job Title: Key Account Business Development Specialist

Role Summary

The Key Account Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by achieving sales and gross profit targets. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, sales expertise, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials to showcase the value proposition of our products.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market data.
  6. Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and market data collection to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business or Science or related disciplines.
  • Prior sales experience in the Healthcare industry and/or Nursing is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, positive working attitude, and ability to work independently.
  • Driven, team player with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
