Key Account Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Key Account Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals;
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships;
  • Take detailed job briefs, advise on market conditions, compensation, and hiring strategy;
  • Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, events, and content;
  • Qualify candidates, assess skills and fit, prepare CVs/shortlists, and coach candidates through interviews;
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth close;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You should also have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client accounts.
