Key Account Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage various accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing general overheads accounting entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, as well as preparing schedules for profit & loss and balance sheet.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly accounting entries, including journal vouchers, general ledger reconciliations, and perform data matching with trade accounts team.
  • Perform daily cash flow management and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
  • Support the preparation of original and revised budgets, quarterly GST reports, annual financial statements, and respond to audit queries.
  • Participate in accounting system projects and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in tax, accounting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
