Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  • This is a key role in our organization, focusing on business development and growth.

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales, preferably in the F&B sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to understand customer preferences;
  • Identifying key competitors and analysing their strengths and weaknesses;
  • Forming partnerships with food retailers and HORECA customers to distribute our range of frozen food products;
  • Creating exclusive product promotions and bundles during festive seasons to increase sales volume;
  • Conducting regular product demonstrations and tastings at potential customers' locations;
  • Co-developing new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Food Science, Sales & Marketing or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in the F&B sector.
