Sales and Business Development Executive

Sales and Business Development Executive wanted for APBA TG Human Resources Pte Ltd to expand into new international markets and business opportunities. This role involves maintaining relationships with current international distributors, setting and managing annual sales and profit targets, and updating price lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic market expansion and partnership development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international distributors to ensure mutual benefits.
- Establish and achieve annual sales and profit targets for distributors.
- Manage and update price lists for international distributors to align with market conditions.
- Evaluate distributor sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Support promotional efforts and collaborate on A&P planning.
- Address distributor issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Develop marketing plans for new products in collaboration with international distributors.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, analysis, reporting, budgets, profits, and payment details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on the company's requirements and industry standards.
