Job Title: Commercial and Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contract Manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of our facilities suppliers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Commercial and Contract Management:

  • Be the lead for all Procurement exercises relating to new or extending contracts for Dyson Global Facilities
  • Manage the drafting, reviewing, and maintaining of various contracts
  • Identify any required contract changes and manage the drafting and reviewing of any contract changes
  • Provide commercial and contractual SME knowledge

Supplier Performance Management:

  • Oversee and measure fulfilment of key performance indicators to monitor performance
  • Propose and managing the implementation of supplier improvement actions where there is under-performance or compliance failures

Data Generation and Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze supplier performance data to ensure supplier performance is properly monitored
  • Generate comprehensive management reports highlighting key performance indicators and proposing corrective action as needed

Enable Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps
  • Introduce innovation and enhance efficiency

Ensure Adherence to Standards:

  • Identify and assess risks in the supply chain related to supplier performance or relationships
  • Develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
