Job Description

The Conduct Review Program plays a vital role in our organization's governance and control. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead this program and ensure that our conduct and culture risk management is proactive and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive conduct risk management framework
  • Monitor and analyze conduct risk data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on conduct and culture risk management
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to develop and implement regional conduct risk management plans
