Purpose
This role is accountable for the successful management, execution, and performance of a customer program throughout the contract lifecycle. The key objectives are customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational compliance that meet or exceed contractual service-level agreements.
Key Missions
Manage customer relations as IDEMIA's primary contact.
Proactively seek customer satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement.
Ensure customers fulfill their obligations to enable IDEMIA's work.
Lead and support the program team to achieve objectives.
Provide vision and direction to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Organize work according to the Program Management System (DRIVE).
Conduct tollgate reviews and monitor KPIs.
Manage risks, issues, and escalation processes.
Oversee program Profit and Loss, revenue, and invoicing forecasts.
Manage contracts and ensure adherence to terms.
Lead medium to high complexity programs, coaching other managers as needed.
Profile & Other Information
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in tech or government projects.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
Familiarity with risk management and performance tracking.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
