Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent to drive business success. With expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidate pipelines, this individual owns the end-to-end candidate management process.

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives;
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring experiences;
  • Utilize advanced techniques for effective sourcing and recruitment;
  • Build relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders;
  • Manage multiple job openings concurrently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency;

Key Qualifications

This ideal candidate possesses a tertiary education in any discipline and has preferably at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role. Key qualities include:
