Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving the company's regional hiring strategy, building world-class talent acquisition processes, and leading key projects related to workforce planning, employer branding, and candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing regional TA strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning.

You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver on ambitious hiring targets across multiple functions and business units.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with senior business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and challenges, establishing best-in-class recruitment processes, metrics, and tools to ensure speed, quality, and scalability, and driving continuous improvements in time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and company policies, deliver data-driven talent insights to influence strategic decisions and workforce planning, and leverage analytics and market intelligence to stay ahead of trends, talent availability, and competitor movements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, be open to recruiters from agency background, and possess expertise in recruiting for Tech roles or be willing to learn.
