Help Us Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional service to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle daily counter services and ensure that all transactions are accurate and efficient.
- Liaise with stakeholders to register beneficiaries and process labels/stickers for urns storage/ji-ling.
- Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, and provide timely responses.
- Assist in the registration of annual prayer events and coordinate with customers for collection of photos for niches/ancestral tablets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification: Minimum GCE 'O' level.
- Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year of frontline working experience.
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, good customer service skills, attention to details.
