Customer Service Representative Job Description
The role of a Customer Service Representative involves delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and another commonly spoken language in Singapore to facilitate communication with diverse patient populations.
