Help Us Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in the electronics industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and delivery dates.
- Handle all supplier interactions, including communicating with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and manage reschedules as needed.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements and payments with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Provide product certifications for ROHS and MSDS to customers.
- Support our sales team in fulfilling customer requirements.
- Assist senior management in daily tasks and organize internal meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with incoterms and payment terms is essential.
- Prior experience in the electronics component industry is highly preferred.
