Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in the electronics industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and delivery dates.
  • Handle all supplier interactions, including communicating with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and manage reschedules as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements and payments with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and sales orders using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Provide product certifications for ROHS and MSDS to customers.
  • Support our sales team in fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Assist senior management in daily tasks and organize internal meetings.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronics or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with incoterms and payment terms is essential.
  • Prior experience in the electronics component industry is highly preferred.
