Commercial Helicopter Sales Specialist

BELL TEXTRON ASIA (PTE.) LTD. is a leading manufacturer of commercial helicopters, and we are seeking a skilled Commercial Helicopter Sales Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales, customer support, and service, with a strong background in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of commercial helicopters.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves:
- Developing and implementing regional marketing and sales strategies to increase customer awareness of our capabilities and contribute to the financial goals of the company.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing revenue streams.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer advocacy skills to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply Centers, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to ensure product delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Making recommendations to improve and expand services by conducting research among competitive service providers and evaluating customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, customer support, and service, with a strong background in MRO of commercial helicopters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate across a multicultural customer base.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
- Candidate must have, or be able to obtain, the legal right to conduct business in all countries within their assigned region.
