The SAfran Helicopter Engines Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its business development efforts in the helicopter engines aftermarket sector across various countries in Asia.

As Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to find gaps and opportunities for By-The-Hour (BTH) contracts.

You will lead a team of business development managers (BDMs), guiding them to sign BTH contracts with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partners, and industry contacts. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with these stakeholders, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), and review contract performance with the teams to identify opportunities to increase contract margins.

In this role, you will work closely with the Front Office Director (FOD) to prepare the mid-term sales forecast (5-year-plan) and define the strategy of the Network Partners to better support small fleet operators (SFOs).

To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably an MBA. You should have more than 7 years of business development experience, preferably in the rotorcraft industry or in the aviation industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provides a dynamic working environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
