IT Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with experience in computer networking to fill this key role.

This position is based in Penjuru, with occasional deployment to customer sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot PaperCut software
  • Provide user training and support via phone and remote access tools
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects and services
  • Proactively improve and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
  • Administer and provide support for network infrastructure, firewall, and VPN changes
  • Oversee inventory of necessary hardware
  • Act as escalation point for IT-related issues
  • Manage network capacity and email administration
  • Ensure stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in network and Internet services, computer and mobile devices, and information systems
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Linux, Mac, and Windows administration
  • Knowledge of virtualization environments, KVM, Hyper-V, Vmware, and Office365, LDAP, Active Directory, AzureAD
  • Experience with open-source monitoring tools like Wireshark
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Patient and meticulous approach
  • PaperCut experience an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Class 2B or Class 3 license an advantage
