This role involves contributing to the development of human capital solutions, analyzing workforce data and industry trends, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
About the RoleAs a Senior Professional in Workforce Development, you will play a key role in shaping national manpower policies and strategies. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and reviewing human capital products, such as training and placement grants.
- Partnering with industries to co-develop solutions that address talent and capability development needs.
- Engaging with government agencies and tertiary education institutions on human capital initiatives.
- Analyzing workforce data and industry trends to inform policy development.
- Collaborating across multiple project teams to gain exposure to different industries and policy options.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least six years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, public policy, or corporate HR.
- Familiarity with education, training, and human capital development is advantageous.
- Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently deliver outcomes and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
