Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux and open-source technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

This is a key role that requires close collaboration with the Support Manager to achieve team goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate support coverage, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing queue management.

The Team Lead will also contribute to team meeting agendas, provide guidance and support to team members, and back up peer Team Leads and the Support Manager during their absence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Support role and 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong IT background, with a preference for Linux and open-source technologies
  • Knowledge of internal processes and subscription offerings
  • Exemplary leadership and communication skills
  • Availability to start work at 7:00 AM Singapore time
