Job Title: Customer Service Leadership Role
Job DescriptionAs a seasoned customer service professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your guidance and support will be invaluable to our team members, empowering them to deliver top-notch service.
You will collaborate closely with the aftersales department to set goals and objectives, driving customer satisfaction to new heights. Additionally, you will conduct regular customer experience surveys, review feedback, and work with the aftersales department to implement improvements.
In this critical position, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints proactively, ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. You will also analyze data on customer service levels and work with your manager to develop improvement and corrective measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance practices
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
