Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and process improvements
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits related to complaints management
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling complaints
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of complaints processes, standards, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
