Job Title: Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of architectural works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate architectural consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Schedule, coordinate and strategize architectural works in line with project schedules and plans.
  • Review and submit for approval method statements, SWP, DWG, brochures and samples, and other submissions related to architectural works.
  • Check and coordinate workability, quality, and compliance of specialist/sub-contractor design/shop drawings/site works.
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of architectural works on site in accordance with approved drawings and documents.
  • Ensure project operations comply with ISO standards and safety requirements, documented procedures, client, company, building codes, and authorities' requirements.
  • Coordinate site works with C&S, M&E, and authorities.
  • Support QS and Site teams not limited to site architectural works only.
  • Review clashes and other information from BIM teams related to architecture and coordinate with relevant parties to solve any problems that arise.
  • Function as support for ICE sessions.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Safety certificate, e.g. BCSS.
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
