Job Title: Architectural Coordinator

This is a key position that requires the candidate to assist the project manager in planning, coordination, and control of sub-contractors' work. The role also involves coordinating with the architect, structural, and M&E team to resolve discrepancies and technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors regarding project-related issues, shop drawings, and other matters. They will also be required to raise RFIs for items with problems/issues or discrepancies related to architectural matters.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of local code of practice, including R.I inspection, TOP application, CSC, and final completion. They will also be expected to submit reviewed shop drawings, sample materials, and catalogues for approval from the architect/consultants.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and following up on work progress for architectural works in accordance with the project's plan/master schedule. They will also implement and ensure QC plans with quality and service departments.

The successful candidate will have a diploma in civil/architecture or equivalent, relevant qualifications/certificates in structural and architectural disciplines (e.g., NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting), and at least three years' experience in the field. They will also be able to lead sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high-quality standards, and minimal defects.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, are essential for this role.
