Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our organization in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural works, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage all architectural works, including shop drawings
  • Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades
  • Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, local building regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field from a recognized institution
