Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated Project Facilitator to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with consultants and clients to ensure project success. As a Project Facilitator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, investigating and highlighting potential issues to management, and liaising with project site teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Liaise with project site teams to ensure timely completion of activities, and coordinate procurement of project-related services and materials.
- Assist in planning and supervising site progress, and coordinate with sub-contractors and clients as needed.
- Attend site meetings and communicate with clients on all project issues, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of all incoming materials for assigned projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in any field.
- Work experience preferably in the Construction or Interior design industry.
- An understanding of architectural trades.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (an added advantage).
- The ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels.
- Good personality, strong integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
