Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial analysis and profiling sessions with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve new business and customer acquisition goals.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to acquire new customers.
  • Source and call on individual prospects to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide quality after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients to maintain a strong customer base.
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies, and other organizations.
  • Solicit referrals from other parts of the bank to expand our customer base.
  • Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Broad and/or deep understanding of the more sophisticated or specialized aspects in Wealth Management and Banking.
  • 5 years of relevant experience applying this in the full range of typical situations and some more complex contexts.
  • Experience in Managing Local and International market.
  • Good understanding and command of Mandarin for incumbents supporting the Chinese market.
