Relationship Manager

The primary role of relationship managers is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns — and providing personalised service and support.

You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns.

· Manage client accounts and act as the key point of contact from the company.

· Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.

· Providing customer service support to all clients of the firm, eg. client liaison, relationship management, addressing enquiries, briefing potential clients over the phone, liaising with clientele, managing client’s expectations, ensuring clients’ needs are championed within our organization.

· Assisting our team of corporate services relationship employees and contractors consistently meet service standards and deadlines, meeting clients’ expectations.

· Independently assisting our employees and contractors in the management of clients, including client onboarding, offboarding, legal and compliance risk management, dispute resolution and management.

· Coordination between various sub-departments to ensure proper handling of matters.

· Managing, checking and timely/proper closing of all work orders/jobs by our corporate services and compliance team members.

· Assisting with information flow between corporate services professionals, other departments and external contractors such as tax agents/accountants.

· Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

· Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.


Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management or a related field.

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrate empathy and manage conflicts effectively.

· Excellent analytical skills and can analyse data and market trends to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions.

· Good organizational skills in relation to documentation and work processes with excellent follow-up & follow through capabilities

· Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.

· Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
