Environmental Health and Safety Manager:

Job Description
  • Develop comprehensive EHS procedures, policies, and programs specific to offshore power plant fabrication.

Key Responsibilities Include:

EHS Program Development and Implementation:
  • Conduct risk assessments for high-risk activities such as working at heights, HV systems, and heavy lifting.
  • Investigate incidents/near-misses using Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with local EHS laws and client contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, including incident rates, near-miss incidents, and audit findings.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with contractors, clients, and regulators to resolve EHS concerns and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in energy or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of offshore power plant fabrication processes and associated hazards is essential.
