Job Title:

Corporate Strategy Planner


Overview of the Role:

The Corporate Strategy Planner plays a key role in aligning business and IT strategies to drive organisational objectives and goals. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement multi-year strategic plans, ensuring seamless delivery and operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide central planning guidance to drive multi-year IT work-planning across public healthcare entities.
  • Develop strategic plans and recommendations, leading various workstreams within initiatives such as Workforce Planning, Maintenance of Capability Framework, Cost Containment and Value capture.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at different levels, designing and implementing facilitation plans to drive strategic change and transformation.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentation materials and reports for leadership forums.
  • Provide secretariat support for key management fora, driving agenda planning and synchronisation with other meeting fora.

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in internal IT strategy/planning or related consulting roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in Strategic planning frameworks and methodologies, with desirable experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and execute effectively.
  • Experience in leading design, implementation, and management of IT programs and projects governance frameworks.
  • Proven communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into concise concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure.
