Corporate Secretarial Services: Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all corporate documents, including those for company formation, foreign branch registration, and strike-off.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations by the company and clients.
- Maintain accurate statutory records, including AGM reminders and annual returns filing.
- Coordinate board meetings and AGMs, taking minutes and ensuring timely documentation.
- Advise clients on Corporate Secretarial matters, drafting and updating records as needed.
- Lead and manage a team of corporate secretaries to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, such as ACRA and auditors, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial services.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and other relevant legislation.
- Proven supervisory experience managing senior and junior secretarial staff.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Mandarin is preferred for liaison with counterparts.
