Short Course Developer
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position involves creating and preparing short course runs in a training management system, booking classroom and trainer, and updating relevant information within the system.
This role is focused on developing and implementing effective training programs to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Create Short Courses: Develop and create short courses runs in a training management system. Arrange for classrooms and trainers and update relevant details in the training management system.
- Classroom and Trainer Management: Book assessment venues and invigilators, format timetables from schools and upload to the training management system, verify and check the timetable.
- Assessment Runs: Prepare and develop assessment runs in the training management system. Publish course runs on the company website.
- Logistics Preparation: Ensure logistics are prepared for confirmed runs. Inform trainers, schools, and other stakeholders of confirmed runs. Confirm appointments with trainers.
- Cancellation and Reporting: Cancel classes or assessments and update their status in the training management system. Cancel bookings for classrooms, trainers/invigilators, and registered learners in case of cancellations.
- Qualifications: ITE Certificate holder or higher qualification, or relevant work experience.
- Communication Skills: Good English proficiency. Effective communication skills for close liaison with trainers.
- Technical Skills: Basic ICT skills. Ability to use a training management system.
- Teamwork: A team player. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
