Course Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Manager to join our team. As a Course Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courses, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Course Operations: Provide overall support for course operations, coordination, and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • SOP Planning and Improvement: Plan and improve SOPs to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Daily Operation: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • New Course Development: Work with Course Developers to develop new courses.
  • Course Auditing: Conduct regular audits of courses to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Course Update: Submit updated course materials to relevant agencies.
  • Learner Experience: Improve learner experience by providing training and support.
  • Training Provision: Provide training for new trainers.
  • Course Scheduling: Schedule courses and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Trainer Management: Plan and schedule trainers and assignments.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with trainers and stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Work with the operation team to ensure smooth running of courses.
  • Business Review: Plan and organize regular business reviews.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparation of monthly reports and update meetings with senior management.
  • Filing System: Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Project Research: Provide support in project research work.
  • Eco-System Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing eco-system, internal engagements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Commercialization: Assist in commercialization of products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Certifications: Preferably with ACTA/DACE.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and an excellent command of English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive and positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Leadership: Able to lead teams and have good initiative.
  • Experience: Prior operations and office administration experience preferred.
