**Course Administrator Duties:
- Provide programme administrative and logístical support for existing and ad hoc events
- Responsible for full spectrum of programme administration and logistic duties
- Work closely with Programme Director on programme related matters such as course take up, course materials etc. to ensure programme support is timely and in accordance with Academy’s requirements.
- Procure items related to programmes/events.
- Timely invoicing/billing and payment to stakeholder
- Monitor course take-ups, revenue, and expenses of programmes
- Responsible for knowledge management ie. keeping accurate and proper records.
- Proper accrual of expenditures related to the programmes/events.
- Provide onsite support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes
- Managing of administrations in Office 365 and/or Google Enterprise Suite
- Preparation of Marketing Content Materials such as EDMs, Social Media postings\
- Any ad-hoc as assigned from time to time by the management.

**Required Skills**:
1. Data entry skills, attention to detail, organized, thorough and accurate

2. have the ability to interact in a professional manner with both internal and external parties

3. Experience in Google Suite, MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint)

4. Able to communicate in good spoken and written English, and a good team player.

5. Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new technology.
