- **Record Keeping**:Maintain organized records of student enrolments, attendance and assessments. Archieving of all records on a timely and organised manner.
Generate reports for management and regulatory purposes.
- **Logistics**:Coordinate logístical aspects of in-person courses, including room assignments, materials distribution, and scheduling.
Ensure all necessary resources are available for successful course delivery.
- **Scheduling**:Plan and coordinate course schedules, considering instructor availability, student needs, and any external constraints.
Manage any changes to the schedule and communicate updates effectively.
- **Technology Management**:Oversee technical aspects of course delivery, including the learning management system (LMS) and other online platforms.
Collaborate with IT to address technical issues and ensure a smooth learning experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in course administration and operations within an educational or training environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
