Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Course Operations Manager to lead and supervise our team in delivering exceptional course administration and logistical support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and processing course applications, updating course information, and preparing necessary documentation for trainers.

  • Lead and supervise a team of assigned courses/programs
  • Arrange logistics for smooth program/course operations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth planning and execution
  • Supervise completion of post-training activities by team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A recognized Master's Degree or equivalent in Education, Business Administration, or Operations Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in education, administration, and training support operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
