Responsibilities
- Provide overall support for course operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Plan and improve SOP.
- Ensure daily operation run smoothly .
- Working with Course Developers for new course development
- Course Auditing
- Course update, submission to relevant agency
- Improving learner experience .
- Provide Training for new Trainers
- Provide overall support for course operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Scheduling Courses and Coordination
- Plan and scheduling trainers and assignments
- Co-ordinating with Trainers and stakeholders
- Working with the operation Team to ensure smooth running of courses
- Plan and organise regular business reviews
- Assist in preparation of monthly report and update meeting with senior management
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide support in project research work
- Assist in the planning and organising of eco-system, internal engagements and transformation initiatives
- Assist in commercialisation of products and solutions
- Provide after course and during course support.
- Able to follow up with claims and collection of fee.
- Able to travel to branches to branches
- Able to ensure day to day smooth course running.
- Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline
- Prefer with ACTA/DACE
- Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as well as a team player
- Able to lead the team and have good initiative
- Prior operations and office administration experience preferred
