Job Summary

The goal of this role is to efficiently manage educational programs, ensuring they meet learning objectives and standards.

This position involves overseeing administrative tasks for course operations, including day-to-day issues, enrolment, communication, scheduling, material preparation, record keeping, pre- and post-course evaluations, as well as facilitating logistical support for ongoing and new courses, events, seminars, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing administrative tasks associated with running courses
  • Scheduling and coordinating course materials, instructors, and venues
  • Providing support for student queries, enrolment, and academic progression
  • Facilitating and coordinating logistics for course-related events and activities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a positive learning environment.
