Job Overview
">The Programme and Course Administration Officer (Contract) is responsible for the end-to-end administration of Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses, ensuring seamless logistics and operations.

- Provide administrative support in course setup and maintenance.">
- Manage the administration of SSG-funded and non-funded CET courses from inception to completion.">
- Support the facilitation of face-to-face classes, addressing any technical or logistical issues that may arise.">
- Assist learners with troubleshooting user access issues.">
- Oversee the upkeep of a centralized repository of documents and templates on shared platforms.">
- Drive the digitalization of records and processes for efficient administration.">
- Maintain accurate databases for reporting and analytics purposes.">
- Respond to inquiries received via the generic email account.">
- Develop and update collaterals, flyers, and website content as required.">
- Update user and training guides for learners and staff.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma qualification.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office IT tools.">
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.">
- Meticulous, organized, proactive, and able to multitask.">
- Service-oriented team player with ability to work independently under tight deadlines.">
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous.">
