Job Description

We are seeking an IT Application Support Officer to join our team in Singapore. As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for improving the reliability of our existing systems and supporting the development of new systems. You will work closely with our teams in Europe and be required to travel to Europe from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Production Monitoring: Monitor our global IT platform, execute actions when alerts are raised, process incidents, and maintain monitoring systems.
  2. User Support: Process local user support requests, collect user feedback on system run quality, and share it with the development team.
  3. Transversal Aspects: Enrich the backlog of problems, self-organize continuous learning on IS systems and landscape, manage the IT part of the Singapore Business Continuity Plan, and share improvement ideas with Business Analyst.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in IT Engineering or Mathematics and relevant experience in IT trading environments. You should have basic experience and knowledge about trading and/or portfolio management processes, derivatives commodities being a plus. You should also have good technical knowledge on Windows environment, SQL skills, and good scripting skills.

Soft Skills

We value interactive behavior, problem-solving skills, and personal effectiveness. You should be able to facilitate skills, be pragmatic and proactive, resilient to stress, take initiative, and have a learning ability.

Language

Fluency in English is mandatory.
