Job Title: Business System Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business System Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into system specifications and designs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop effective solutions. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 6+ years' experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder trust are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications and designs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop effective solutions
  • Document functional and design specifications in line with SDM standards
  • Partner with business units, users, and tech teams to optimize processes
  • Collaborate with analysts and developers to design effective solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and deliver training/documentation for new systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build stakeholder trust
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
