- Manage cluster services onboarding, including tracking submissions for digital requests and handling acknowledgment certificates.
- Conduct annual and ad-hoc data inventory reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide regular updates on initiative status and escalate issues for timely resolution.
- Analyse cost recovery and propose billing improvements, tracking budget vs actual utilisation on a regular basis.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting managers in managing complex information exchange environments.
- Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Experience in UAT, API management, and data analysis.
