Training Executive

We are seeking an experienced Training Executive to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps, aligning programs with business objectives. They will also design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and retention
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Adult Education, Training and Development, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training or development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
