Job Title: Senior Executive Support Specialist
As a key member of our management team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the director as appropriate, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes, tracking and following up on action items.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between departments.
- Support project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of assigned initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting senior management level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
