Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at WGT EHR Pte Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily global customer needs, troubleshooting, and communicating with sales, CSR, and Korea HQ teams to manage customer requirements in SE Asia. This includes exploring business development opportunities with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key global customers to ensure their needs are met and relationships are fostered.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, CSR, and Korea HQ teams to coordinate customer requirements.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
  • 2-5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-region business implementation is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of the Shipping Industry would be beneficial.
  • Trade knowledge of TP/EU could be advantageous.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
