Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
  • Answering questions and addressing objections to persuade prospects of the value of our offerings.
  • Gathering and recording customer information for appointment setting and future follow-up.
  • Documenting the outcome of calls, including sales made or interest declined, in a detailed manner.
  • Arranging meetings for sales representatives with interested clients.
  • Performing market surveys over the phone to collect data that can influence sales strategies.
  • Staying informed about our products, services, and ongoing promotions to communicate effectively to potential clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding targets for call volumes and sales.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or a Customer Support role would be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to engage clients over the phone with excellent communication skills.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and persevere with the sales process.
