We seek a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager (B2B **) to spearhead our corporate and public sales efforts for Government Funded courses. In this role, you will utilize digital media platforms to engage MNCs, SMEs, and the general public, promoting and enrolling participants for our courses.
**Responsibilities:
**Drive B2B Sales Growth**:
Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation to secure new corporate accounts. Utilize social media marketing tools to reach potential clients and drive registrations for our courses.
**Explore New Markets**:
Identify and explore new markets to expand business opportunities and reach a wider audience, driving the adoption of agile practices across diverse industries.
**Exceed Revenue Targets**:
Take ownership of meeting the sales development team's set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the organization's overall growth.
**Seamless Sales Process**:
Follow up on all corporate sales inquiries, ensuring a seamless registration process for participating in our courses.
**Maximize Course Visibility**:
Collaborate in creating engaging marketing content and managing promotions and advertisements to maximize the visibility of our transformative courses.
**Requirements:
**Proven Sales Experience**:
Minimum of five years of experience in Government funded courses, B2B sales, or similar job scope, with a demonstrated track record of achieving at least $1 million in revenue.
**Excellent Communication Skills**:
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
**Collaborative Team Player**:
Thrive in a collaborative work environment, contributing to an efficient and cohesive team.
**Strong Work Ethics**:
