Senior Specification Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of specification sales executives and drive sales performance.

  1. Lead a high-performing team to consistently meet targets and enhance productivity.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure high-value projects across multiple product categories.
  3. Cultivate new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders, and identify key decision-makers in the built environment sector.
  4. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with a proven sales track record.
  2. Strong understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and main contractors.
  5. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project tracking tools.

Preferred qualifications include experience in leading a team and proficiency in CRM software. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. They possess a strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
