Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in architectural specification sales to join our team. This role requires a strong network in the A&D community and a proven track record of closing projects and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To specify products successfully with interior designers, architects, main contractors, and developers, presenting compelling proposals to secure product inclusion in their projects.
  • To drive sales performance by achieving targets through fostering new client relationships and increasing market share.
  • To manage the entire project sales cycle, from securing product specifications to closing actual sales.
  • To maintain accurate records of specification activities, client engagements, and project progress for effective reporting.
  • To collect and analyze market insights to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
  • An extensive understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles.
  • A highly motivated and capable individual who can work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in coordinating efforts across various internal departments.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools effectively.
  • Possession of own transport is preferred.
