Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for leading product lines, developing comprehensive business strategies, and ensuring smooth operations for Enterprise Connectivity services. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of competitive information, technology trends, and market requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Internet, IP Transit, and CleanPipe services, including product line roadmaps and execution plans.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue targets, customer acquisitions, and pricing strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, leveraging expertise from Engineering and Information Services.
- Analyze market requirements, technology trends, and potential ROI to build new product business cases, securing resources for product creation.
- Drive process efficiency improvements and enhance Customer Experience through effective sales enablement.
- Coordinate service migrations, supported by Operations, Project Management, and Product Systems Platforms teams.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Telco, ICT arena - IT Network industry, involved in Pre-sales or Post-sales of medium to large/complex Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Telco services – Domestic and Global – Internet, IP Transit, DDOS Mitigation, MetroEthernet, MPLS, SD-WAN.
- Network and SI solutioning preferred.
- Good knowledge of consulting frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation/communication skills (written and verbal).
A highly competitive salary package: SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This figure is based on the estimated salary range for a senior product management role in Singapore, taking into account factors such as location, industry standards, and company culture.
