Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Conduct clash detection and generate reports to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and field usage to support project delivery.
  • Verify and validate BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in architectural drafting or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on M&E BIM model-related projects is necessary.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is essential.
  • Experience in drafting combined services drawings (CSD) is highly desirable.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills is required.
